We believe a good home inspection is as much about communication as it is about expertise. Our process is designed to be clear, collaborative, and easy to follow from start to finish.
During the inspection, we take a thorough, methodical look at the home’s major systems and structure, paying close attention to details that are often overlooked. To ensure nothing is missed, we focus fully on the inspection itself. We encourage clients to save most questions for the end, when we can give them our full attention and walk through findings clearly and thoughtfully.
24-36 hours after your inspection, you’ll receive a detailed, easy-to-read report by email. We are available by phone, text, and email to go over any questions you may have including helping you understand which items are routine maintenance and which deserve closer consideration.
